In terms of structure, the convenience of feeding, ordering, discharging and waste cleaning shall be ensured as far as possible. For the processing of small parts, it is strictly prohibited for the operator's fingers, wrists or other parts of the body to extend into the mold area for operation; For the processing of large parts, if the operator has to work in the mold by hand, the scope of entering the mold shall be reduced as much as possible, the time of a part of the body staying in the mold shall be shortened as much as possible, the scope of the dangerous area of the mold shall be defined, and necessary protective measures and devices shall be equipped.
Various parts on the mold shall have sufficient strength and stiffness to prevent damage and deformation during use. Anti loosening measures shall be taken for fastening parts to avoid accidental injury to the operator.
It is not allowed to produce scrap or workpiece missiles during processing, which will affect the operator's attention or even hurt the operator. In addition, avoid cutting hands with burrs of blanking parts. The operator is not allowed to have too large action range during stamping operation to avoid losing stable posture; Too many and difficult actions are not allowed during operation. Strong noise and vibration during stamping shall be avoided as far as possible. The die design shall indicate the die weight on the general drawing to facilitate installation and ensure safety. Lifting and handling measures shall be taken for the processing of parts above 20kg to reduce labor intensity. The assembly and disassembly of mold parts shall be convenient and safe to avoid the possibility of clamping and cutting hands; The mold shall be easy to disassemble and store. In short, even minor problems in the mold will affect the safety. Only by analyzing the specific problems in each operation can we put forward the safety precautions in the mold.
